This Bitcoin price prediction is based on the hypothesis that Bitcoin cycles repeat themselves historically.
Not all cycles are the same; the ups and downs diminish over time.
We can see this in the chart by the difference between the predictions from ‘TODAY’ onward and the previous ones, which were based on more extreme cycles.
The lines represent current values (orange), optimistic version (blue), and pessimistic version (red).
The ‘TODAY’ values are calculated using the BTCscreen plugin with the call 77,300
This example of using the BTCscreen plugin is in addition to the others in the Examples section.
Additionally, other popular predictive models are included and can be accessed using the buttons on the control bar.
Power Law: Giovanni Santostasi demonstrated that BTC follows a power law with respect to time since the genesis block. It is more robust than S2F because it doesn’t depend on halvings but on absolute time. It has support and resistance bands that have held for 15 years. 3 líneas: mediana + banda superior/inferior
Rainbow Chart: Derived from the Power Law but with logarithmic color bands. Very visual, very popular, and surprisingly useful for identifying overbought/oversold zones. 7 bandas de colores desde “Fire Sale” hasta “Sell!”
Stock-to-Flow (S2F) Models: The most famous, by Plan B. It relates the scarcity of BTC (ratio between existing stock and annual production) to the price. It predicted well until 2021, then failed significantly. It could be added as a third line to the current chart. Target del modelo Stock-to-Flow de PlanB.
And the 200-Week Moving Average: Simple but effective. BTC has never closed a week below it. It is used as a soil predictor. 200-week moving average as structural floor resistance.
